Magicly (“the App”) is a manifestation and journaling app. Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains what data we collect and how we handle it.

The App stores the following data locally on your device only:

• Journal entries (text, mood, tags)
• Voice affirmation recordings
• Vision board images and content
• Brainwave session history
• App preferences and settings
• Subscription status

Data We Do NOT Collect

• We do NOT collect personal information
• We do NOT send data to any server
• We do NOT use analytics or tracking
• We do NOT share data with third parties
• We do NOT use cookies
• We do NOT access your contacts, location, or camera roll (unless you explicitly grant permission for vision board photos)

Data Storage

All data is stored locally on your device using encrypted storage. We have no access to your data. If you delete the app, all data is permanently removed.

Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party services for payment processing only:

• Apple App Store (for iOS in-app purchases)
• Google Play Store (for Android in-app purchases)

These services handle payment processing according to their own privacy policies. We do not store or access your payment information.

Children’s Privacy

The App is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

Account Deletion

You can delete all your data at any time by going to Profile → Delete Account in the app. This permanently removes all locally stored data.

Your Rights (GDPR/CCPA)

Since all data is stored locally on your device and we have no access to it, you have full control over your data at all times. You can:

• View all your data within the app
• Export your data
• Delete all data via the Delete Account option

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
